the location, and the very warm reception--lovely breakfast as well. Quaintness, location, quietness, beauty. The room was beautiful with a high hand painted ceiling. The view was lovely too. It was worth staying here even though it was a 20 min walk into Siena. There is an option of taking a bus and the hotel staff were very helpful with this. The views from the hotel.
