Exceptional service from front desk staff--Sara was willing to provide recommendations regarding dinner and wineries to visit (both recommendations were superb). It was outside the city, necessary if you are driving but very easy to walk or take the bus inside the city walls.Hotel was very clean and modern. All staff were exceptionally helpful. Buffet breakfast was well done.

Very small bathroom and the shower cabin in particular. shower kept filling up. just 1 thing: that there was no safety handle(bar) in the shower,which is a MUST(my wife fell!). Too far away from town centre.The location is a lot further than it looks like on the map. It takes 20 minutes walking along a normal country road without sidewalk to get to the gates + 10 minutes extra to get to the centre with the restauraunts. And we are people who walk a lot and fast normally during vacations. If you want to walk to the centre it is too far.
