  Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.

  It was very convenient to get to the Vatican City while the Metro is close too. Our first impressions where rather low as the area the hotel is in has a rather dodgy feel. We think the place is actually a regular office place/flat and they have turned it into a one-floor hotel. However, the people running the place were extremely lovely and welcom... what people say » ing. Made us feel right at home!! We went over the Easter weekend and was provided with some nice breads, cakes, Italian coffee and juices for the occ - Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome! It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building. Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc. Great air con, wifi good. Nice shower.

  We were catching a very early flight so we decided to stay since the price is right and it was within 15minutes of the airport. We had to get up and leave at 0330 and the owner got up and checked us out and even made us Cafe and cookies. The night before he gave us directions to a non tourist restaurant where we had the most wonderful dinner serve... what people say » d by the sweetest little man ever. It was a wonderful experience. - Very friendly and helpful staff, arranged for our laundry to be done ( a little costly but very convenient). Stayed a couple of nights and was a good location with free car park. We used the car to drive to the train station to get into town and have to drive to restaurants. Quiet location.

  Me and m husband really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Belli. We would recommend it! - I stayed there over Christmas two years ago and liked it very much, that's why I returned. A nice, friendly, comfy and clean place in the most cosy part of Rome. A lots of nice restaurants and cafées just around the corner. I just love to take my breakfast ticket ... what people say » and have a morning caffe latte and a cornetto in the sun outside the café.

  Staff: very friendly and helpful. An inconvenience may be that, in caseof late arrival, one needs to phone the staff and wait for the staff todo the check-in, but in our case we waited 10 minutes and it was ok.Services/facilities: all in order, clean and working well.   verry nice and friendly staff, safe parking, but there is no AC, it was great in september but i'm not sure if it's possibel to sleap in warm days. - Very firendly staff and helpful staff, warm and welcoming.

  We absolutely LOVED House Monti!! In fact, on an 8 month trip around the world this is one of my top rooms! Located right in the heart of Rome - literally 5min walk or less from the Colosseum and so close to everything else it was perfect - we walked everywhere! Though if you need the Metro is right there. The rooms were spotless - beaitifully decorated and such a comfy bed and was mad - It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.
