Pretty much everything. The room was very well turned out, with a lovely balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The overall set-up was one of the best i've stayed in. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with some good restaurants within a short walking distance. Spoke clearly and had pre planned all possibilities, including a highlighted map and some fantastic affordable restaurant options which we went to and were superb! Comfortable beds and both rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean! Right in the shopping central but beautifully quiet. Cannot praise it highly enough!

Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. A very personal hotel with "family feeling". Excellent location; perfect to be able to walk to all sights in the day and then just cross the bridge to have dinner in Trastevere in the evening. Very friendly people that were both very welcoming, helpful and keen to make sure we had a nice stay. Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
