The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet so if ur looking to relax after the many tours then this place is for you. -

We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well. Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.
