If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The interior design of the room, the bathroom and the other places (reception, breakfast room) is more than modern, well decorated and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.

Nice and welcoming staff, always willing to help. Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money. Very simple but clean and calm (ie. what you would be looking for in a budget hotel). Breakfast is simple but included in the price and really nice to have for a good start of the day.

Very impressed. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets.
