  The lady in charge speaks English well. She was kind and feel responsible to help you in any case. I did not have electricity plug in and she kindly provided me one. The location is good and all you need is to take tram 5 or 14. - The lady at the front desk (Linda) spoke pretty decent English. The room was very nice. Loved the little courtyard ou... what people say » tside. Room came with fridge and stove, which was handy!

  The hotel was quiet but close to the bus to get places quickly and inexpensively. The desk staff, especially Jimmy were helpful and able to speak English and help with our questions. The breakfast room was clean and had a good variety. - Easy access to the hotel from outside Rome and good transportation links to the Rome's most favorite places.
