  Our standard room was medium sized, clean, bright and airy with a mini bar and large en suite. We also had a small balcony. Beds were very comfortable and there was no noise at night. Air conditioning was easy to control. Good variety for breakfast. Staff at reception very friendly and obliging. - Vincinzo at the front desk was very nice and help... what people say » ful. He spoke English and was really patient with us.Hotel was clean, shower water pressure was strong and towels were huge...ask for a balcony room. For breakfast they had scramble eggs and bacon besides all the regular Italian stuff.

  Rooftop Bar and Terrace was excellent. Reception Staff extreemly helpfull, they provided maps and information and spoke good English. Bar staff very efficient, helpfull and friendly. Hotel upgraded our room because we stayed 6 nights and the view from bedroom window was wonderfull as it looked directly over the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. We... what people say » felt that we could reach out and touch the Corinthian Column. - The customer service was excellent and the location was perfect. The hotel is close to the Termini station, so it was easy to get to when coming from the airport. I was also pleasantly surprised that we got to stay in a suite. Everyone was very nice and everyone spoke English. They also had a great breakfast spread. This was the nicest of the three hotels I stayed in while visiting Rome.

  Everything!!!! What a fantastic group of people, especially Guiseppi!!!! ( not sure of the spelling) . We went to Rome on July 1st and sinceour return home, we have been telling our friends that travel to makesure to stay at the Pinewood!!!   We absolutely LOVED House Monti!! In fact, on an 8 month trip around the world this is one of my top rooms! Located right in the heart of Rome - literally 5min walk or less from the Colosseum and so close to everything else it was perfect - we walked everywhere! Though if you need the Metro is right there. The rooms were spotless - beaitifully decorated and such a comfy bed and was mad - It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

  The location, top notch! The flexibility offered by it's proximity to numerous of the important and historical sights of Rome, made Hotel Adriano the best hotel option for us. We highly recommend Hotel Adriano to all travelers. The Pantheon, Trevy Fountain, and Spanish Steps are all within a short 15 minute walk (or less!); even The Vatican is ... what people say » about a 20 minute walk; and the Colesseum is about 30 minutes...we never needed a taxi, and that was a huge advantage at staying at Hotel Adriano. Oh - Location Location Location! 5 minutes walk to the Pantheon or Piazza Navona which is a good starting point for any visit to Rome. Delux Room had plenty of space and comfortable, albeit 2 single beds pushed together, rather than the double we were expecting. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat. Breakfast was continental plus possibility of scrambled or boiled eggs - good selection of breads and fresh fruit. A couple of ladies keep replenishing table cloths and replacing food as it is

  Clean, tidy room friendly staff and an ideal location close to supermarket, fast food or restaurants. 20min. walk to Termini and Colosseum. 2 mins to tram stop....... and all at a reasonable price. - Arco Romano Rooms is almost the best B&B one can find near the historical part of Rome. The price was very good, too.
