  The rooms are spacious, clean and the public areas are spacious. There is a lift (handy for suitcases). We needed help with sorting out a problem and we didn't have enough Italian to be able to handle it. The staff was fantastic! Helpful, making phone calls, sending faxes and emails and helping us fill in forms. We were very thankful.   The room was exceptional in this hotel. The Verona arena was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel and coming home from the opera after midnight was a very safe walk without any fears for safety. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were simple yet useful. We had a late flight departure, so we had a later check-out without any extra charge.
