We went there on our way to Venice, it was really great. We loved it. There are many space for parking, the lady in reception didn't know english but she immediately got help to explain us. They are really friendly and soo welcoming. Our place was huge we couldn't believe that it was 40 euros breakfast included. I strongly recommend this place if you have your car and willing to stay somewhere which is peaceful and relaxing.

It is a cosy and very relaxing place with beautiful garden around, a lovely terrace to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Nice for couples and also for families with children. The hostess is helpful and attentive. We booked this hotel for one night, but the place was so charming that we decided to stay more time.

The owner was great and it was lovely to speak with her about Venice and the local area. Whilst it may not suit everyone I liked the location and a local bus all the way to Venice and the peace at night. I also had a garage to park my motorbike in and enjoyed the breakfast.
