  I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence.   One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! Also the most impressive part of this hostel/hotel is that they have just about every c... what people say » onvenience you can imagine! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day.   It was close to the train station and easy to find. Also the staff were super helpful and friendly. Often at hostels you feel unwelcome or like a burden especiallly if you donàt speak the language.   Everything is perfect. The location is good, in the central of the city just next to the Bacilica di Santa Maria. It is within ten mind walk to most of the tourist spots in town. The room is really spacious and the dividers are nice to give a little privacy. Because the rooms are spacious, it's not a big problem even if there is a snorer (compared to small bunk bed rooms in other hostels). Bathroom was clean and gets cleaned daily. Great location. The facilities are pretty basic, there's breakfast and computers and tv, that's about it.
