The staff were excellent. - most of the staff were very friendly ..very professional which was great yet they opened up and laughed with us when we asked them questions...made us feel pampered but at home at the same time which is a rare quality!   This was a very relaxing stay for us. The resort has all the normal facilities, rooms are very comfortable, staff are excellent and go out their way to make you feel at home. It's also close to other cities ie Augusta and Syracuse and is a easy short drive to Mt Etna. - Good size rooms, nice pool, great service, quiet hotel, free wi-fi

  Beautiful location and very nice hotel with all the comforts among the vineyards very close to the seaside.The staff is friendly ,helpful and extremely kind.The restaurant offers one of the best fish menu we have experienced in Sicily with home made pasta with succulent fish sauces and light deep fried baby calamari and artichokes hard to forget.A... what people say » sk for the cassatelle,ricotta sweets freshly baked.To die for! - Everything from the spacious rooms and view of the vineyard , excellent and reasonable food at the retaurant, amazing breakfast, tranquility, friendliness of thes taff even drove me around to the beach, town and bus stop. the best place I have ever stayed and the wine the best red better than French, New zealand, Australian or californian. .the whole experience made me want to move to menfi!!!!
