Simply the place. Very charming and unique. Evening meals were excellent,the food could not be faulted.peacefulness, surroundings. Breakfast could be improved with fresh juices and coffee/tea,otherwise fine. The deluxe suite I booked was not available for the first night of my stay - there was a very large wedding so assume the room was given to them - not at all impressed and no compensation from the hotel. No chairs round the pool and no towels. Breakfast a complete joke. Not enough tables, never enough coffee, juice and pastries always burnt. Tennis court floodlights didn't work.

Please note that the private beach is open from June until September. Access to the beach, as well as use of parasols and sun loungers, is at an extra cost. Please note that the outdoor pool is open from April until October, from 10:00 until 18:30. The spa is at extra cost. Please note that suites are set in the private park and not the main castle building.
