  The Hotel Livingston is on the edge of the island of Ortigia. When you eat in the fourth-floor hotel dining room, the windows on three sides look largely over the Mediterranean, but also over old rooftops. The bathroom was luxurious - loved the towel bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was good with an extensive buffet.

  I spent a week at the hotel enjoyed every moment of it. The staff was very friendly and kind helping me to find information about rent-a-car, transportation, getting around the city, etc. Breakfasts were good, service prompt.   Eolian hotel is a fantastic place, helpful/friendly staff and an excellent location. They will organise trip's to the eolian islands for you and sort transfers very reasonably. They sorted hire bikes that we discovered Milazzo on and the pools are delightful. A Trip to capo Milazzo is a must. Lots to do and see. Breakfast is fine if a little basic... what people say » . We chose to stay in milazzo as we wanted to visit the eolian islands, but we had a very nice time in the town too, and that was partly due to the nice feeling that the hotel gave us.
