  We were upgraded to a suite for the room price, the chef cooked to order for us on two occasions, the meals were delightful. The staff were very friendly and helpful - The Spa like attitude of the hoteland the way it was set up.The resturant was excellant.

  This was my third time at this hotel. This hotel is in a perfect location if you have a car. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The beach and the swimming pool are just perfect.   The Hotel Livingston is on the edge of the island of Ortigia. When you eat in the fourth-floor hotel dining room, the windows on three sides look largely over the Mediterranean, but also over old rooftops. Walking was a delight, there is a terrific gourmet Locanda nearby. Our room was large with two sets of French doors looking onto the street and to the sea and swimming rock! The bathroom was luxurious - loved the towel bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was good with an extensive buffet.

  The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint courtyard. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy.   Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22.
