my friend and i have just arrived back from our stay in sardinia. we spent three nights at hotel mare pineta and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. the staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. the food was tasty and plentiful and we enjoyed it except for the main course on the first night which wasn't the best.

Value for money!! I was actually moved next door to their sister hotel
Flamingo when I arrived which is a slightly larger hotel. Location is
great only 30-45 mins from Cagliari airport; 10-15 mins drive to Pula
town and on the beach, as well as only a 15 min drive to nearby beaches
of Chia. You need a car for sure to get around but the hotel is on the
beach and has a large well located swimming pool so you are comfortable
to stay there also, though you will want to explore more beautiful
parts

I really liked this hotel. It is very central and nestled in a lovely little square. The hotel is clean and rooms are serviced everyday. The owner is very helpful and recommended lots of things to see and do that my guide book didn't mention. I would recommend this hotel - it was central, economical, and clean.

The location is excellent! We were able to navigate the city with ease as you are close enough to the bus terminal, train station and harbor. Enrico, the manager/owner gave us wonderful dining suggestions. There are quite a few restaurants in that area and just around the corner are several shops with authentic Sardinian crafts. The room was quite comfortable and Enrico was available and willing to make our stay that much better.
