  Matteo was a great host! game us a map of the city, marked all the places of interest and told how to get there. Before we arrived to Florence, we confirmed all the details (I wanted a room with a canipy bed). Also a great location of the B&B - 10-15 min from the railway station, you can get by foot or by a bus. We will definetely stay here ag... what people say » ain. - Staff was amazingly nice and helpful. He gave us a map on arrival, explained good sites to visit and where the closest grocery was, gave us his cellphone number in case we need anything. The giant terrace/balcony is wonderful. No view on the Duomo though, but the view on Florence is nice enough :)

  The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. They showed us to our room, helped us with our bags, offered to call a cab for us, showed us places to go on the map, and offered their services 24 hours a day. They made us feel very much at home. I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms we stayed in were beautiful, very homey, and very well kept.... what people say » The views of the garden were great. - We had a great time staying here; beautiful, clean rooms and very friendly staff!   The man at the front desk was very helpful and although he spoke little English and we spoke little Italian, we managed to communicate and he even circled the places to see on the map and told us which buses to take. - Good location - near from railway station (10 min by foot from Firenze SMN) and not so far from historical centre; friendly staff.

  The Hotel is very nice. Although it is placed outside historical center, it is very suitable for those who travel by car. The Hotel is new, the rooms are well-designed and very clean.   Excellent! Very friendly and professional staff. My room was exactly what I required for this trip - private, modern minimalist, stylish, comfortable accommodation. The location, for me, was good too - about 10 mins by bus/20 mins on foot to the centre. - Very nice room! Service and personnell was great.
