The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. They showed us to our room, helped us with our bags, offered to call a cab for us, showed us places to go on the map, and offered their services 24 hours a day. They made us feel very much at home. I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms we stayed in were beautiful, very homey, and very well kept. The views of the garden were great. We had a great time staying here; beautiful, clean rooms and very friendly staff! Definitely recommend this hotel! Thanks for everything!.

After 20 metreson your left hand is a great breakfast café. The bed was hard and unconfortable. The stuffs are quite old. The shared bathroom is really small. You don't have enough space to put your stuffs while you are having a shower.blow dryer didn't work well. More hot water would not be a luxury and a better breakfast.little bit far away from the center, maybe i am too tired these days. poor breakfast. Bathroom down the corridor was very tiny, but the water was hot. The room was reasonably cheap so that was tolerable. no air conditioning,but you get what you pay for!. no shelves to put on your things in bathroom. What had been a courtyard was now a car park, which was a pity as itwould have been attractive with some tables and chairs rather than onesqueezed into a corner.

Travelling information

From Florence Airport:
- Take the bus to Santa Maria Novella Station or a taxi to the hotel. Journey time: (15 to 20 minutes).

From Pisa Airport:
- Take the train or bus to Florence Station.
- From the station, you have 3 choices: walk to the hotel or take the bus or a taxi. The taxi parking area is at the main exit of the station. By taxi, it takes 4 minutes.
- The bus stop (letter D) is under the Galleria. As with the taxi parking area, the ticket for the bus can be purchased at the tobacco and newspapers shop.
- Travelling on the D minibus, you have to go to the 2nd stop.
- Once in Via Curtatone, head for the river and the 1st street on the right is Corso Italia. We are number 28.

You can reach us on foot:
- Once you have left the train, take the station's exit and keep to the right.
- Go down the stairs and cross the street.
- Go right to the next corner and turn left onto Via Degli Orti Oricellari.
- Go straight on and the street name changes to Via Santa Lucia and, after a while, Via Curtatone.
- At the end, turn right onto Corso Italia.

By car from the North:
- Take the A1 motorway and exit at Firenze Nord.
- If you are arriving from Pisa, take the A11 until the end of the road.
- Once at the end of the motorway (in the direction of Aereoporto, after the ticket counter), proceed ahead and follow signs for "Centro".
- Follow signs to Viali Di Circonvallazione, Porta Al Prato and Ponte Della Vittoria.
- Once you have reached Porta Al Prato, go through the tunnel and over the bridge.
- As soon as you cross the river, turn left in the circle lane 360 degrees and go back on the bridge.
- At the end of the bridge, turn immediately right and enter the street on the side of the river, Lungarno Vespucci.
- At the very 1st street turn left onto Via Magenta and immediately left again onto Corso Italia, where you will find the hotel and parking area.
