Only a short bus-ride, or even a 20-30minute walk, from the historic centre of Florence. Very good facilities for the price compared with previous visits to Florence staying at central hotels which are very basic indeed..Apartment spacious,well-equipped and serviced including welcome supplies of tea,coffee,milk,jam, biscuits etc. It was great, a little noisey due to city location but in the heart ofFlorence with good walking access to shops etc and great to have the carpark. Lots of space in the apartment and great for kids with kitchenfacility, and very comfortable. We would recommend and would use again and thestaff were very helpful.

- Take the A1 highway heading south.
- After about 10 minutes, take Via Piantanida on the right, before Vialle dalla Porta Al Prato, easily distinguishable at the end of the road.
- The residence is number 16, on the left-hand side.

From the A1 highway heading north:
- Exit at Firenze Certosa.
- Continue to Porta Romana.
- Continue straight on the left-hand side of the tree-lined avenue towards Ponte alla Vittoria.
- 300 metres after crossing the bridge, turn left immediately after the gate on Vialle delle Porte Nuove.
- Turn left on the first cross street, Via Pierluigi da Palestrina; number 4C on this street is the secondary entrance of the residence, leading to the internal parking lot. The main entrance is 10 metres around the corner.
