  We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. This small property (with only 3-4 rooms in total) is located on the hills overlooking Lake Maggiore (maybe 800m up from the lake). It offers a beautiful view of the lake and each of the rooms has a large (long & narrow) balcony in which to sit and drink wine. It is approximately 5 minutes to town (... what people say » Cannero) by car and a car is definitely needed if you are staying here (as the hill is somewhat steep and windy). The rooms are really clean, and are - We loved staying at B & B Casale. Luisa looked after us like we were family. It is in a great location with magnificent views over Lake Maggiore. The room was exceptional, very spacious with a very comfortable bed and 2 balconies overlooking the lake. The shower and bathroom was very modern and well appointed.We could walk to Cannero Riviera in 20 minutes along a well used designated path! Breakfast was delicious with home cooked treats.We can't wait to return to B & B Casale and enjoy

  Great place, large gardens, paths for morning run. Gym perfect for summer use and the sports club has a great pool, sun beds and restaurant (fish orientated). Dino and his family are great hosts; everyone is helpful, friendly and attentive to your needs as a guest. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent and it was lovely to eat outdoors in ... what people say » the evening; many locals also use the restaurant so was full every night. Aircon is under floor; tiles in the floor cool the rooms perfectly. - Fabulous does not begin to describe the Villa Scati. This 17th Centruy Villa was spectacular in every regard. The apartment was just magnificent from the beds to the baths. The facilities and people were friendly and warm. the price was amazing. Highest recommendation.

  The location of the hotel is fairly close to the Sportinia elevators( around 500m from the hotel) and the bus stop of both bus to the elevators and to Oulx. Upon arriving, in our room TV,refrigerator didn't function, however in the morning hotel staff helped with all the problems without request. That was very nice of them. Another positive thing ... what people say » is a bath tube! All in all the room is very cosy and nothing of the top, but it worth the price completely.

  We arrived very late at night - but still were able to get the key to the room. The hotel is quiet, perfectly located, with planty of free parking spaces, and the beautifull trails are just a couple of minutes of drive from the hotel. The appartment was quite good furnished, the kitchen allows to prepare your own food. We had a very large balcony ... what people say » with a moutain view. Dogs are welcomed - so we have had no problems with our friend. There is also no national park around - so the dog can enjoy moun - Ski to door. Many skiing schools in the complex, with great instructors. There was a mix-up with our booking and we were very unhappy with the apartment we were offered at first. We complained and were given a spacious and very comfortable apartment, with a great view (at no extra cost).

  The suite we rented was really big. The amount of space gave a really luxury feel. The appartment itself (1314) was quite funny. It probably used to be very hip and trendy back in the '80s, now it's a bit worn and outdated. But it doesn't take away the comfort. Actually some of the furniture may be really expensive nowadays. True 80s design! Being... what people say » an appartment in a big building, it gives a lot of privacy. Location is also good enough. About 30 mins walk from the train station (and city center) - The rooms are very nice, Internet works perfectly, good view if they give you the Mountain view .. all green and nice :) Staff is good and honest good Hotel :)
