  I loved the upstairs lounge area - it had such a beautiful view and was very cosy. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the furnishings were modern. The Italian style of the hotel came out strongly. The bed was fantastic, the aircon worked nicely, and the hotel was very quiet, owing to the fact that ... what people say » it was in the countryside and away from city noise. - The staff and the facilities were fantastic. It was a real treat staying in an appartment. They accommodated our 3 children with an extra bed with no hassle. The interior and exterior are beautiful and very relaxing. The facilities including the swimming pool which is huge are superb.

  Love this place, winter cabin meets luxury. Great location as its a 1 minute walk into the centre of town and the chalet is connected (underground) to a hotel with wonderful facilities which are available to use. Stay in and cook yourself or head out to the many restaurants that are a stones throw.

  very good - great location, nice the villagie feel, spa facilities were quite good though the water was cold in the showers! also, we complained about the service and in all fairness the manager took off food from our bill and gave us a discount on accommodation. he also promised to make some significant changes to the way the hotel is run so maybe... what people say » it should not be written off yet..
