Love this place, winter cabin meets luxury. Great location as its a 1 minute walk into the centre of town and the chalet is connected (underground) to a hotel with wonderful facilities which are available to use. Stay in and cook yourself or head out to the many restaurants that are a stones throw.

The owners were passionate about their property and have made a stunning old building into a beautiful small hotel with a homely feel. Decor is lovely using both old and new pieces throughout to keep in style of the area and period of the building.
They were always on hand if you needed anything and very helpful with places to visit and eat.

The owner was extremely nice and very hospitable. The evening welcome drink turned into a full dinner. Breakfast plentiful with home made cakes and many different cheeses of Piedmont. The owner was very helpful with recommendations of all sorts (from dinner reservations to jogging routes). We felt very welcome and were pampered constantly. The place feels like home (with 100% service). The house was carefully renovated with much taste.

This exquisitely renovated castle provides every luxury and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Barolo wine country. Nonetheless, the high point for us was the food. Chef (and owner) Denise Pardini, whose resume includes at stint at Chez Panisse, has figureed out how to brighten traditional Piedmontese cuisine for the modern palette. Everything was delicious. Even the breakfast was a knockout. My short vacation at Hotel Castello di Sinio inspired me to make my own house more castle-like

Friendly environment, peaceful and relaxing. An abundance of great home-made cakes for breakfast. It was hard to know what to choose so I sampled them all! Lovely sunny yellow room with a kettle.
