  Excellent check-in experience, very good, competent service. The receptionist was efficient and anticipated all my needs before I even had to ask. She showed me to the room and showed me how to work the heating system and the television etc. The room itself was really comfortable and fitted out with quality furnishings. Breakfast is excellent, especially for a - This is a truly unique hotel, converted from an old pottery factory. It has been beautifully done with great attention to detail. The rooms are luxurious and spacious and the whole place has a designer feel about it but at a very reasonable price. The owner, Marcos, is so polite and friendly. Being a biker himself he gave us great advice on rides in the area and where to eat. There is also safe indoor parking for bikes! All in all it was a pleasure to stay there and we will definitely be going

  Really a great value. Staff was excellent. They held the breakfast buffet open an hour for us , since we slept in after a long travel day our first night.   This is a beautiful, new property! I was traveling with my two older sons to do some beer tasting in the Piemonte region. It was like we had our very own small apartment. The breakfast was wonderful and featured delicious local food as well as the typical items. I highly recommend staying here. It probably used to be very hip and trendy back in the '80s, now it's a bit worn and outdated. But it doesn't take away the comfort. Actually some of the furniture may be really expensive nowadays.
