  The management there picked us up at Linate airport because we were 7 people with a motorized scooter, a wheelchair, and luggage and we could not find other transportation to the hotel without paying several hundred Euro. The Malpensa Shuttle person suggested we call the hotel and ask if they would do it for a fee, and they did for a reasonable fe... what people say » e. All other services were exemplary. Great place - The hotel is new and modern, the stuff was helpfull, the room was cleanand highly technically designed and equiped (free computer with Internetin the room, a shower with radio, light and massage), the bed wascomfortable. It was an excellent choice for spending one night near theMalpensa airport (about 10 km from there).

  Very friendly and helpful staff, secure free parkind, free wifi. Great location - 30 min ride to Milan, 40 min ride to the outlets city. The owner waited for us to arrive until 1 a.m. since our flight was delayed. - the ambiance is COOL :) (the free adult movies just add immensely to it). not for families with children though... good location fo... what people say » r stop-over to serravalle outlets and genova. nice breakfast.
