  The staff was wonderful and the location was very convenient for us as we arrived by train and left on the bus to Malpensa which is at the train station. Our room was clean and quiet. It was a quality hotel and we think that the reason it went from 5 to 4 stars is that the rooms are a little small, but the marble, carpeting, and fabrics were love... what people say » ly.   The restaurant had very good food. I was surprised at how utterly quaint and very well decorated the hotel was. My room was very cozy and the jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. - very amical personnel, even english functionned. The animals and the chlidren playground were very positive. The room was clean and the service good.

  It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the train and metro station allowing you to get about the town easily. The bathrooms were huge compared to the other hotel's that we had stayed at. - The staff and all the services were A1 couldn't ask for better.

  There was a Filipino staff named Karen and I thought that she was very accommodating. On our date of departure, we wanted to take a cab to the airport, though there was a luxury taxi provided by their hotel, she honestly recommended to me and volunteered to get a metered taxi to save money. Really nice and friendly staff. The hotel is in a nice area of town, well connected to public transportation but in 10 minutes you can walk to Corso Buenos Aires shopping area. Oasi gives you really good value for your money. A big plus is the included breakfast, several things to choose from.
