The management there picked us up at Linate airport because we were 7 people with a motorized scooter, a wheelchair, and luggage and we could not find other transportation to the hotel without paying several hundred Euro. The Malpensa Shuttle person suggested we call the hotel and ask if they would do it for a fee, and they did for a reasonable fee. All other services were exemplary. Great place.

The bathroom facilities were astonishing; it was a pity we could not figure how to work some of the hightech features of the shower. The self service breakfast buffet was already laid out at 6.30am which we appreciated as we had to leave soon after for Malpensa.The bathroom in the business suite was great - and the price that I got on this website was wonderful. But the people werenice and the airport shuttle was a big plus. Not a thing.The hotel is located in an isolated area - there is one pizzeria nearby(which was nice btw), but no other close options to dine. it is located in an isolated village with poor transportation. The train station did not have a phone, so when we arrived we could not call the hotel to come and pick us up. We were led to believe that the hotel was in walking distance (which is true, but a 25 minute walk part of which is on the busy highway with no sidewalk) and the train station did not have a phone.Not really. the location, too far from milano. hot breakfast could have been provided. Noise at nights from the other rooms.There is only one place to eat near the hotel and it does not openuntil 7:30 pm.
