  The staff was so courteous and helpful. Great location and we enjoyed walking and seeing the sites along the way to the major tour locations. Gave us good recommendations for tours which they will book for you. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to family and friends. - Close to the Metro...also close to a lot of good food.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms. - I liked that the hotel was so close to the Termini train station, providing easy links via the Metro to all main tourist attractions. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean too.

  We really liked the way of the attitudes of the hotel staff. They we really polite and friendly. the location is 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini also every day when we came to the hotel, we found our room clean. Cleanness is very important for us so we really recommend you to stay there. - Good rooms and nice friendly staff

We stayed there for 7 nights and got tired of it, but in my opinion it is good catch for a couple of nights if you are looking for a convenient place to tourist attractions.   It's very close to Garibaldi railway station and to Piramide metro station. About 15 min going by foot to the Coliseum. 2 fruit shops are very close. And lots of pizzerias and small kafes. The owner is very friendly and helpful, we were in touch by email before our arriving. It wouldn't be so easy to find the hotel if I hadn't check it beforehand... what people say » in google.maps views. Yes, it's better to know the phone number to send a messege or to make a call to get into. The staff is very friendly and help - Everything was perfect! Room was big, clean and well-organized with new facilities. There's plenty of breakfast and also automatic coffee machine. You can cook your meal with full kitchen and microwave. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!

  We stayed in a double room for 7 nights and thought it was great for budget accommodation! - 24 hour front desk staff were always friendly and available to answer any questions - room was cleaned daily during our stay, a comfortable size with cupboards and drawers to unpack clothes/store backpacks, double glazed windows, we expected the small ensu... what people say » ite bathroom but it was no problem for us - fantastic location, even though metro was close we walked all over rome! less than 10mins walk to colosseu - The location was great near the train station in a nice neighborhood.   The Tranquility, quiet, and Wireless Internet - The staff was wonderful! Andreia, from the front desk, was so friendly and helpful. She arranged to have a ride pick us up from the train station. The service at the restaurant was also very good. Our hotel room had a beautiful view and comfortable bed.
