  The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very good - close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps and about 15 minutes to the Barberini subway station. It is just a bit away from the hectic touristy spots in Rome. The area was quiet.We only took public transit when we went to the Vatican we walked everywhere. On our last evening we ... what people say » ate at the restaurant next door Osteria Boncompagni - really great food. The only other people in the restaurant were Italians. The meal was the best - The Location was excellent for getting to the heart of Rome and a short walk to the rail station or bus system, or taxis. There were things to see and do as well as affordable eating places nearby. The breakfast was wonderful compared to what other hotels offered for breakfast. But the hotel staff was simply outstanding. I would definitely look forward to staying there the next time I visit Rome.

  Perfect location, only 2 minutes walk away from the Cavour Metro station plus one of the best gelato shops in Rome (Fatamorgana) is right outside the hotel. A number of nice cafes around, with a pizza restaurant next door that can deliver food to your hotel room free of charge. We particularly appreciate him helping us out with ticket purchases and his recommendation to eat at La Cicala (only 5 - Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome.   Wonderful and friendly service, always helped us find our way in Rome, aswered all of our questions, they gave us an adapter for our chargers, and even watched our luggage after we checked out :) Hotel is situated 1 minute from Termini station - from this station you can get around Rome very easly (same with coming back to hotel - from almost ever... what people say » y place in the city). Room was very cosy and clean, shower was small, but it didn't bothered us a lot :) Amazing blinds - we slept very well, room was - Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English
