  We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... what people say » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour. The rooms are lovely, clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable. - The hotel is stylish and comfy all at once. The ceiling is very cool.   This is a real country side hotel. Very nice contrast after the crowdy and noisy city. Lots of space, very nice and helpful staff and management. We've been travelling in Italy for 2 weeks, and this hotel has the best restaurant we ever met in the country.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice location. Good price. - It was by the sea side with a relaxing view and private parking. The restaurant staff was wonderful, the food was excellent both at the outside cafeteria and the formal dinning section.

  Clean room with sea view. The hotel is just a few meters from the beach. It's very true that the hotel need to be repaired however from inside everything was clean and comfortable. - Staff were very helpful. Nice and close to the sea and only a short walk to the town.   The building is wonderful, a tasteful fully restored old mansion with a beautiful view of the sea The staff were very attentive and helpul and the receptionist who is a lovely person spoke good english. The breakfast was included. There was parking which nowadays can be a problem in Europe. The guy at reception (Pepe) was friendly and very helpful. The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and had an amazing terrace with a sea view. We were brought breakfast to the terrace in the morning which was awesome. The location is incredible - literally 20m from the beach across the road.
