  This is a real country side hotel. Very nice contrast after the crowdy and noisy city. Lots of space, very nice and helpful staff and management. We've been travelling in Italy for 2 weeks, and this hotel has the best restaurant we ever met in the country.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice location. Good price. - It was by the sea side with a relaxing view and private parking. The restaurant staff was wonderful, the food was excellent both at the outside cafeteria and the formal dinning section.

  Clean room with sea view. The hotel is just a few meters from the beach. It's very true that the hotel need to be repaired however from inside everything was clean and comfortable. - Staff were very helpful. Nice and close to the sea and only a short walk to the town. Room was clean and with a sea view balcony with reclining chairs

  The building is wonderful, a tasteful fully restored old mansion with a beautiful view of the sea The staff were very attentive and helpul and the receptionist who is a lovely person spoke good english. The breakfast was included. There was parking which nowadays can be a problem in Europe. Even though it was out of season there were good restaura... what people say » nts and shops nearby and the old town is quite charming. - Check-in was quick. The guy at reception (Pepe) was friendly and very helpful. The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and had an amazing terrace with a sea view. We were brought breakfast to the terrace in the morning which was awesome. The location is incredible - literally 20m from the beach across the road.

  Me and m husband really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Belli. We would recommend it! - I stayed there over Christmas two years ago and liked it very much, that's why I returned.   The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .
