  The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. The owner will give you a map and a lot of advices about where to go, what to see and where to eat (typical Roman dishes, at a very cheap ... what people say » price!). The area around is full of shops and a supermarket (CONAD) is very close if you need some drinks or fruits or sandwiches to carry around the - I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. I suppose it's the best place for people who visit the city for the first time.   Hotel Casa Yvorio is the best 2-star hotel I've ever visited. I can't imagine to say anything negative about the hotel or staff. Only the location quite far from Terracina center was a bit uncomfort, but having a car helped. - Very nice hotel just near the sea. Staff is kind and helpful. Room with a balcony was ok.
