  Fabio and his familyteam deserve a score of 11 on 10. We were treated as a king. The hotel has large rooms with terras and beautiful view on the hills of Castelnuovo di Porto. The beautiful surroundigs in Lazio deserve a visit too. - View from the room was spectacular - the entire old city of Castelnuovo di Porto was laid before us. During our stay we could see all the way to Rome in the distance. Staff was very positive and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice and the atmosphere in the dining room was inviting and warm.

  We had some problems while here....parking ticket, lost camera,etc....the staff was excellent in helping us. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was ample.   Owner very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast including home made cakes. Hotel close to town but in very quiet location with excellent parking facilities - Five star hotel service, thanks for the owner, Franco and the rest of the staff, they were always wearing a smile on their faces, enjoyable.

  My family stayed at this cute modern-style hotel in Fondi on July 27th. The hotel was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. They were also very helpful. On our arrival at the hotel, the front desk quickly got us to our rooms, which was most welcome since we were tired after our long drive. The staff was more than helpful. One of the staf - Del Conte is the only entity in Fondi, that we can say Hotel. Despite this fact the hotel and the personel are so good as if there is a real competition. The rooms are perfect and clean. Although there is a nice family restaurant under the hotel, the personell was so eager to advice best eating experience in the city. The extra costs are also fair. You get more than what you pay for.
