They e-mailed us 1 day earlier to check on our arrival time and they were extra kind and helpful. It is located at a 1885 constructed building which gives you the era of the town (when in Rome try to live like Romans do). The rooms are in a big appartment converted to hotel on the 1st floor at a very nice area next to Vatican City (2 blocks walk) and the Ottaviano Metro Station (1 block). The room is clean and has all you may need for a city trip.

Gabriella (the staff) was very helpful and kind that we feel like her "old friends". Breakfast was very good. Room was homely with small, but the clean bathroom. The room does´nt has the real window, that is why the nights were there very dark and silent for very good rest. We look forward to staying again at Lofts in Rome and hope Gabriella still

The staff named Gabriella was so helpful, courteous and kind that I feel short of words to appreciate her. Besides , breakfast was satisfactory. Rooms are very well sized and toilets are really nice with Bede make life easier. I look forward to staying again at Lofts in Rome.

The building is quite safe given the area around the Termini station and quite easy to find. The rooms are well equipped with aircon, TV, amenities. The check-in was smooth and the personnel was eager to answer our questions. They also have a coffee machine in the common area and a nice terrace. -
