Gabriella (the staff) was very helpful and kind that we feel like her "old friends". Breakfast was very good. Room was homely with small, but the clean bathroom. The room does´nt has the real window, that is why the nights were there very dark and silent for very good rest. The staff named Gabriella was so helpful, courteous and kind that I feel short of words to appreciate her. Besides , breakfast was satisfactory. Rooms are very well sized and toilets are really nice with Bede make life easier. I look forward to staying again at Lofts in Rome.
Location was good, staff helpful and accommodation was fine - acknowledging this is not marketed as a luxury accommodation but is good accommodation for a fair price. The other guests respected the accommodation's request to be quiet at night which was necessary.
The room was exactly what we needed as a base to explore Rome with a perfect location to most famous sites as we walked everywhere. The breakfast was adequate and kept us going..the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a much needed feature.
Location, help from staff, breakfasts, comfortable bed, pick up and drop off service was very efficient and the driver coming in was very helpful in pointing out sights and their history ( plus where to go for the best coffee in Rome - he was right).
Very convenient location, near river and 5 minutes walk to Campo di
Fiore with daily market, bars and restaurants. Breakfast included,
kitchenette for snacks. Comfy bed - would happily return. Owners happy
to arrange reliable taxi service.

Slightly unusual as the design of the property did not have an external window to the apartment - but the air con meant that it was nice and cool to come back to.
The noise from other rooms travelled quite a lot,however as we were only there to sleep and not to relax in the day time this didn't bother us too much.

Breakfast should be "buffet" style. Every morning, we were given too much food and some has gone to waste.
Shower did not work well. Water pressure was off and on. Could use grab bars in the tiny bathroom. Almost no room for toilet and bidet. Inside door handle of apartment door was too loose.
It was very very hot in Rome and therefore the airco wasn't able to get the room cool enough

The rooms are based in a cellar of an appartmentcomplex. No windows, no
daylight. The badrooms are small and the showers are broken (we had 3
rooms and each room the same problem. Noisy rooms, we could understand
wordly our friends in the room next to us. But wonder what whould happen
if there would be a fire!! No escape door, only one way out, no windows
etc.. But in Italy probably no problem to host people in that way...
Taxi arranged by owner took us to the wrong location delaying our
arrivak by 1 hour.
it was on the site as being in the attic, when it is in the basement! There is no natural light as no window, no fresh air. nothing in kitchen other than sink and m/wave-advertised as fully equipped kitchenette. Can only watch TV if in bed! Poor drainage in bath room- smell and shower floods.
Searched site for 'apartments' NOT B & B! Will not use again.
Very well located but à very tiny toilet (you have to séat side way) no air extractor in the batroom and kitchen so the ROM smell à lot humidity and it you use the kitchen on top you Will smell kitchen too.
