  What an amazing hotel! Very friendly owner who was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the area was a little rough around the edges, it was always pretty busy and as 2 girls travelling together, always felt safe. Also, there is a huge door on the street which once you were inside made you feel extra secure, so would recommend highly to any females... what people say » travelling either alone or as a group. Really comfortable beds, we had the best view of outside as we were on the corner. Excellent aircon which was - Although it is said that this part of Rome is not so safe, the location of the hotel was perfect. Not for one moment we felt unsafe. It's a 15 minute walk to the ancient centre of Rome and Termini station. Metro station, right under the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean room. Good typical Italian breakfast, deliverd to your room.

  Fantastic experience - I enjoyed the possibility to live in tower that is 600 years old in medieval part of Gaeta! My room was cool, big and well-desighed, it was always fresh and clean there! Good big bed was very comfortable. Bathroom equipment was new, and the bathroom was spacious too! The view from the roof terrace where we had breakfast was even better. Coffee, tea and fruit were available to us all day and the breakfast was wonderful. A truly wonderful place to stay in a fascinating location.

  Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation... what people say » and can walk back safely on the streets after midnight. Massimo had great tips for visiting the major sites and saved us a lot of time, since we didn - Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's stay is unbeatable.
