What an amazing hotel! Very friendly owner who was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the area was a little rough around the edges, it was always pretty busy and as 2 girls travelling together, always felt safe. Also, there is a huge door on the street which once you were inside made you feel extra secure, so would recommend highly to any females

of the hotel was perfect. Not for one moment we felt unsafe. It's a
15 minute walk to the ancient centre of Rome and Termini station. Metro
station, right under the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean
room. Good typical Italian breakfast, deliverd to your room.

A quaint little cottage in the midst of a medieval village, wonderful views, great hosts, home style breakfast. A great place to soak up the historic atmosphere of Artena. Close to other historic sites & villages. Only 30 mins from centre of Rome. Great value for money, highly recommend it.

We loved everything about this place. The owners were lovely, generous people. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were spacious and the bed was very comfy. The view from our room over Gaeta old town and the bay was amazing. The view from the roof terrace where we had breakfast was even better. Coffee, tea and fruit were available to us all day and the breakfast was wonderful. A truly wonderful place to stay in a fascinating location.

Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation

Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and
information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location
was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance
for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum
because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The
breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats
plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's
stay is unbeatable.
