  Staff was the most helpful and friendly of all the hotels we stayed at in Italy. Took time to type out directions into the city for us and highlite everything on our map. Accomodations were great and very clean. - In the center of the city, not far away from train and bus station. The personnel is very friendly, room is clean and quite big.

They answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board).
