  very helpful and nice sfaff, comfortable apartments, perfect location - close to Termini, but no noise at all, services are good, breakfast tasty and full. Generally comparing to the other hotels where I've been - one of the best for quality/price.   Only about 45 minutes from Rome this hotel is an excellent escape into the countryside. It is somewhat remote but in a beautiful relaxing atmosphere with lovely rooms and an excellent restaurant.   The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.

  I really liked everything about the hotel. The only thing which may be an obstacle for some people - location "hign in the mountain". But 1st of all, it is not very high and secondly for me it was the best option - to eat a lot (which is inevitable in Italy) without being afraid of putting on weight. Btw it is just 10-15 minutes to get everywhere ... what people say » in Sperlonga from the hotel. And what a view!! Service is 5+ So this is the best value for money ever.
