I took my parents to Naples and booked this hotel. I was nervous because
it had no reviews - it had only been open for 1 week. But having been to
Naples a few times before, I couldn't believe what a great price the
hotel was as it's in the best area of Naples (it's really
important to stay in a nice area when traveling to Naples as the not so
nice

there. The staff upgraded us to a sweet - without even asking. The suite

Located at the 2nd floor of an old palace 100m from incredible Toledo subway station. Piazza Plebiscito, the Harbour, Spaccanapoli..all just 5 min walk. Right at the border of Spanish quarter with its famous little restaurants.
Hotel is very clean (just opened) run as a family business. Enjoy a look down colorful Via Toledo from the small balcony at reception. Ideal for business and for tourism.

Great staff!! Staff are friendly and profession. I met this staff called Lello at the frontdesk, very funny and friendly, he will do his best to remember everyone's name. For some personal reasons, I have to change my reservation from 4 night to 1 night. The great senior staff Lello help me a lot, so I didn't have to pay for the penalty. -

Everything. Angelica and the staff were wonderful. They were basically invisable until you needed something and they magicaly appeared.
The accomodation was only a month old when we stayed so all was new and beautifully appointed. Our room had a wonderful lawn area out the front that we relaxed on every afternoon with a wine and watch the passing parade of boats.
The only reason I didn't give the facilities an excellent is because it didn't have a pool. However, that is under construction, so p
