Do us was just lovely & the perfect location. It was clean, had great air con, we loved the white deco, friendly staff and security. It's location is ideal being city centered and has the harbour / waterfront just two blocks down as well as the central shopping district one block up! Surrounded by great restaurants, bars & lots of transport options. Naples is just bellissimo!.
I loved the modern, clean rooms (ask for one with a balcony.) And The
staff, especially Giovanni were very helpful and kind. You can get
coffee/cornetto right in a great cafe literally right around the
corner - one minute walk. So it's okay they don't serve a

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and confortable with a balcony that had a nice view, the bathroom was preety big , the location is very good and safe.

The bed was a little soft and the shower was a little small for a larger person but definitly no deal breakers!.
Our room was near to the entrance door and with the view to the bank and street so a bit too noisy. Did not have breakfast.
We needed to open four separate locked doors to gain access to the room. More of a serviced apartment than a hotel with no staff during the night and no breakfast facilities. If arriving at night, it's necessary to obtain a set of four different keys from a hotel in the next block.
The fact that there is nobody from 19h.
