  The staff was great. They recommended great restaurants, spoke several languages (including English), and were quite professional. The buffet breakfast was a traditional European breakfast. Directly across from train station, we only stayed one nite before moving on the next day and it was excellent. The reception staff could not have been more helpful, Davide rang the next hotel we were goin to and gave us exact directions including bus and train timetables. We were so grateful.

  The staff was really nice and helpful! The room we booked had 2 single beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room. It was a really nice room, it had sports equipment, hair-style devices, complimentary tea and water and some nice beauty products.... what people say » The location is very close to the party of Milano. - Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and the bathroom well equipped and cristal clean. The location is good, within walking distance from Garibaldi train and metro station.
