The hotel is easy to find, just opposite the railway station - look for the large sign saying "Hotel"! Plenty of cheap and cheerful rest -
The gentleman on reception was very helpful , photocopying a local map for us. Parking on site and free. Room clean, a bit old fashioned but well appointed with bath and TV. No air-conditioning (which would have been nice as it was very hot even with the windows open) but there was a fan. Only 3 or 4 minutes walk to Lake Maggiore and 10 from the centre of Luino.

Very very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good value. The hotel is very close to the lake and center of Luino. I would definitely recommend for the budget minded traveler. -
For 50 Euro per night, you can't beat how clean the room was and how helpful the staff. Room exceeded my expectations for the price.
