We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. Ripetta Rooms is a fairly new establishment. It is perfectly located for access to the metro station and other public transport. The main shopping areas are also only a short walk away. the facilities are excellent and the staff that run the establishment are absolutely great. Breakfast at a neighboring coffee shop also worked quite well. -

It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable.

Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

The location was perfect. The place was super clean and the staff was
very attentive a curious! Read some other reviews about the noise.. The
place is so centrally located so there was some noise but the sound-
proof windows blocked nearly all if the ground noise. The owners even
set up transfer to the airport that came early. I have stayed in Rome at
3 other places and this was the best for the combo of clean, value, and
location! Will definitely stay again!

The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes.
