The staff at Chic & Town was phenomenal. They are extremely friendly and try to make you as comfortable as possible. They also helped us plan some of our trip and would give is a map and draw out routes to take or book dinner reservations by looking im them up on google and calling them for us. They help you in anyway they can and are easily contacted by phone if you are out of the hotel. The rooms are very nice and extremely modern and the beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable .

The staff is amazingly helpful and they're always ready to help you to make your holiday as special as you want it. They also recommended good places to eat out for dinner. The hotel itself is really clean and welcoming. And something that I really like is that in the small dinning area they leave water to help your self during the night and fruits, and even different kinds of scented soaps on the. Perfect stay for a city trip for couple. We needed nothing more, very clean, sufficient breakfast, comfy bed, and staff friendliness is above ALL! Their instant help with everything related to the city, transportation, shopping and even other city was impressive! Marco and Guilia, you were of great help even on sightseeing, shopping, luggage.. etc We tried both, the junior suit and the common bedroom and enjoyed both almost equally. Excellent location, near Piazza and the metro station (300m). The owner, Francesca, is there to cater for all your needs. We stayed at the junior suite which is fairly large compared to your average Italian hotel room standards.. Keep in mind that this is not a hotel but a bb. The rooms are brand new and very clean. The room we stayed was clean, quiet and the beddings are the comfiest. Airconditioning was good. And breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and kind. Modern design of the rooms. Very clean. Location. The staff is only at the front desk from 7am-9pm. However if you need to check in or out at times outside of that if they are given earlier notice they will make sure a staff member is there to receive you. There was no a/c in the room, but this was the case with just about all the italian hotels we stayed at on our trip. That being said, the room did get quite hot with the Roman afternoon heat (in early May). There was no iron available to Iron my clothes. None at all! We just think it won't be that much feasible for a family with more than one child. No entertainment as that provided in big hotels. Nothing. it was perfect!. Nothing. nothing!. the entrance of the hotel is like an apartment, it is not like a hotel, reception is open until 9 pm, breakfast area was really small and only for 6 people. Difficult to access, an elevator of sorts but you need to hand carry luggage up at least two flights of stairs. The restauration work of the entrence, looking forward to completion. Just the enterance looks like apartments and the hotel sign is small easy to miss. But everything else is great. There is poor signs on the street where is actually the hotel. If you have noisy guests talking in the hall way or leave their door open with loud music, you can be bothered. Perhaps, the door can be improved to block the sound better. nothing at all. Entryway looks like entering basement so we thought we were in wrong spot. Very small signs easy to miss and, in fact, we did miss them. Elevator started and stopped a half floor short. Too much noisy. The interance of the hotel No elivator Chick out is 10:30 which is too early. the walls were so thin that you could hear the neighbours doing everything, going to the toilet etc., The entranceway was through a metal gate and people downstairs moaned when you shut the gate. If you sleep heavily stay here if not don't. Our room, just behind the reception, had very poor sound proofing! However, the stuff told us they are aware of the problem and they will improve the insulation next month (December 2013). Apart from that, everything else was perfect!. Some rooms don't have a shower. none. Breakfast could be better but that's just my opinion. I am an eggs and bread person in the morning :). there is not so warm t in rooms. No fresh air. Window view. - Bathtub inside the room, not separated, makes you inevitably flood the room and walls. - No isolation between the rooms (104 and 105) so that you literally share your room with the neighbours, hear every single whisper or sound from next door. No privacy at all. The hotel is marked as suited for honeymoon, well then you must be either voyeur or exhibitionist. Too bad, because otherwise very charming rooms with character (and isolation from the street is excellent). There is no private shower/bath - simply a bathtub that is literally in the middle of the room with no curtain. In addition, it was impossible to get any sleep as other guests would buzz to be let in, get locked out, and the reception area would be very noisy. This is more like staying in a hostel then a nice hotel. I will never stay here again - at best a 2 star.
