Sabina is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. She gave us great advice about things to see and places to eat, even to making a reservation for us. The location is very convenient to the airport vaporetto, and directions were simple and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet with little tourist traffic. The room was perfect, the bathroom pristine. Everything was first rate.

Great, great location.....really could not be better placed in the city for walking and the general sights of Venice. The top floor is very generous in size with a quaint, atelier style slanted roof and pop-up dormer windows looking out onto the Grand Canal. Very friendly, helpful owner Davide who provided instructions on how to find the B&B in advance.
