Lovely hotel, family-style guesthouse. Welcoming and friendly host David, clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts. The location is very convenient. Near the Strada Nova, supermarket "Billa" vaporetto stop Ca de Oro and tragetto Campo Sofia. I recommend to read before the trip map with the approach to the hotel. Internet worked without problems. Excellent location in scenic and relaxed district of Cannaregio. 5 minute walk from Ca D' Oro vaparetto stop. Very friendly, helpful owner Davide who provided instructions on how to find the B&B in advance. Spacious and comfortable room (almost whole apartment) with traditional furnishings in keeping with age of building. Good quality continental breakfast.
Very comfortable bed and breakfast! It is located in walking distance from everything: Piazzale Roma, Rialto and Piazza S. Marco! It is very close to good restaurants and shops. Although it hasn't a sign, its really easy to locate, since Davide, its owner, e-mailed us step by step how to get there! Great value for the money!.
Room was in basement so it was quiet and the room was large. Nice part of Venice to stay in, away from the touristy crowds. Nearby restaurants and bars are affordable for Venice. Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again!.
The location is very good. We came by car, parked at the Venice airport (far the cheapest parking), got boat to Venece which dropped us 3 min walk from the hotel.
Staff, breakfast were excellent.
Rooms a bit old fashion but we liked it.

Friendly and helpful. Convenient location for train station and for main tourist spots. Very authentic - overlooking quiet canal. Breakfast was great. Even made some hot chocolates for the kids.
Very centrally situated to the sites and very close to a Vaperetto stop. Quiet street. Good breakfast and helpful owner and staff. Large room and bathroom. Clean and good air conditioning.

Perfect location for sightseeing, 15 minutes by foot from trainstation and parking lot and 10 minutes from st. Marco squere! Owner is really friendly oriented.
Hospitality was good, information requested was provided.

My only complaint was that it is not in the correct place on the maps so it is difficult to find. Also, the mattress was slightly uncomfortable.
During the heatwave the aircon struggled a little bit to keep up.
Bedroom comes off the dining room but well insulated from any noise.
