  The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was incl - The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever.   Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby. Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!). She was asking us about if we need any help with taxi or more like tickets to museums. It was very nice of her! The taxi waited us when we arrived. Very welcoming and informative about Rome and places to visit. The room was clean but I feel a tad on the small side and quite basic in its layout. Nice bathroom. You could help yourself to refreshments whenever you want. Breakfast was served in your room as there was no kitchen or dining room. this was at an agreed time with hosts. This was a continental breakfast and consisted of toast, croissants, yogurt and drinks. This was plenty.

  This was our first trip to Rome and thanks to Vincenzo (the owner of this resort) it will not be our last. The room was perfect in every way!, the view of the Vatican was breathtaking and it was brilliant to be able to sit and watch the local residents go about there daily business...
