Porcellino Gallery is a real gem. A small boutique hotel (only 5 rooms). All with recently completed redecorations and an upscale flair. Each room having a different theme. Location is excellent. Near to all key attractions in Florence. Owners and staff were very cordial and helpful in all regards. Made us feel totally welcome and appreciated. We were very pleased with our stay and would very definitely go back.

The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

Welcoming and I was grateful to find the staff to be willing and competent English speakers and very accommodating, the hotel was very clean and the location was so close to the airport that I walked there easily in the morning with my pack.
