The staff member was very helpful. He gave me a map and walked out the door to show me the way to the station. He opened the breakfast room early so i could get away. I did not ask he just did it. He was proactive and spoke excellent English. The room was spotless and very bio friendly. The staff member offered me the wi-fi log in without my asking. He was extremely helpful.

The front desk staff was very helpful and excellent knowledge of the city and surrounding area. The room was very "roomy" and had the extra space to walk around without running into the furniture. It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the train and metro station allowing you to get about the town easily. The bathrooms were huge compared to the other hotel's that we had stayed at. - The staff and all the services were A1 couldn't ask for better.
