Super close to Stazione Milano Centrale! Courteous staff. Great rate!!. quick hotel shuttle as arrived late at night. Staff was helpfull. The room was clean. nice clean rooms, very close to train station. perfect location, 5 minutes to the realway station and U-bahn, nice rooms, nice staff, good modern building. Close to the station. The hotel is descent and the price seemed reasonable (in comparison to Mialn's high hotel prices). The room was fairly clean (although we had a ciggarate burned mark on one of our bed covers), it had a rather large bathroom and toilet, which were also clean.
all reviews » As I needed to live somewhere close to Stazione Centrale location was perfect - it was on 5min walk and silent place. Also easy to get to Duomo and shopping street Corso BuenosAires. Room was nice, modern and all was clean.Location of the hotel was good, close to the Central railway station. Staff was very helpful and had required English language skills. Although the elevator worked properly, it was rather ridculously tiny (2 people would hardly fit in there). You can hear noises from other rooms, although we were not much bothered by, probably because there were not many people on our level.Staff could be more friendly, but anyway they explained everything. Sound proofing between rooms is not so good and views from (some of the) 2nd floor rooms are quite poor. These aren't serious defects and it didn't affect our stay at the hotel but it could be a problem for someone.they can change room keys, they are so heavy. The older gentleman on reception was rude and unfriendly. The breakfast was quite poor. My shower was leaking, making small lake on the floor every time I wash myself. morning breakfast. decoration,design. maybe the hotel staff should be more friendly. Bathroom was dirty-smelled like sewage-the toilet leaked water to the floor Room wasn't very clean either. Very very noisy as there is some sort of construction nearby..The lobby was very bad. By getting the rooms it was totaly diffedrent. staff not good no body help you. Very noisy, not so clean, all very old, poor breakfast, access via stairs only!. the smell in the corridors and the noise level very high in the room.
